I 论坛背景

Background and Purpose

在国家全面推进长江经济带生态保护与高质量发展的战略背景下，重庆大学持续打造国际学术交流平台。自2019年首届会议成功举办以来，本会议聚焦流域综合治理、自然资源与景观遗产保护、流域生物多样性保护、文化-遗产-景观协同发展等核心议题，汇聚全球青年学者智慧，为长江经济带可持续发展提供创新思路。

本届会议依托国家自然科学基金重点项目“宜居城乡景观生态规划设计理论与方法（项目编号：52238003）”，以韧性发展为目标，以智慧赋能为手段，积极应对全球气候变化与生态安全挑战，深入探索宜居目标导向下城乡景观生态系统的协同重构路径，致力于推动跨学科融合与国际合作。

Under the strategic background of the country's comprehensive promotion of ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, Chongqing University has been continuously building an international academic exchange platform. Since the successful holding of the first conference in 2019, this conference has focused on core topics such as comprehensive river basin management, protection of natural resources and landscape heritage, conservation of river basin biodiversity, and coordinated development of culture, heritage and landscape. It has gathered the wisdom of young scholars from around the world to provide innovative ideas for the sustainable development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.

This conference is based on the key project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, "Theory and Method of Landscape Ecological Planning and Design for Livable Urban and Rural Areas" (Project Number: "52238003)", with the goal of resilient development and the means of intelligent empowerment, actively responds to the challenges of global climate change and ecological security, deeply explores the collaborative reconstruction path of urban and rural landscape ecosystems under the orientation of livable goals, and is committed to promoting interdisciplinary integration and international cooperation.

本议题聚焦：

跨尺度流域生态网络规划、生态系统修复及设计、生物多样性恢复等相关话题。

 Format and Features

1. 会议设主旨报告、分议题报告、青年学者论坛等环节，特邀嘉宾分别做口头报告，并由组委会颁发报告证书。

2. 会议设圆桌论坛，邀请政策制定者、工程师、生态学家与社区代表开展跨界对话，共商“人地共生”实施路径。

1. The conference will include keynote speeches, parallel sessions, and a young scholars’ forum. Invited guests will deliver oral presentations, and the organizing committee will issue presentation certificates. 

2. A roundtable forum will be held, inviting policymakers, engineers, ecologists, and community representatives to engage in cross-disciplinary dialogue on implementing "human-land symbiosis" pathways.
